KW GreenWorks Affiliate
Debra Shapiro is a licensed real estate agent in Olympia, primarily
serving South Puget Sound and surrounding areas including the Olympic
Peninsula. She is with Green Village Realty.
She joined the KW GreenWorks Affiliate Program because of their mutual commitment to a
sustainable community and stewardship of precious natural resources in
the Northwest. Debra brings an extensive background in real
estate and as an independent small business owner. Since 1988, Debra has
owned and operated Jinjor, a clothing boutique in downtown Olympia where
she has developed many contacts, as well as business relationships with
the City Council and the Mayor. She is well known for her volunteerism
participating in such organizations as Zonta, Altrusa, Family Support
Center, Safeplace, Temple Beth Hatfiloh, and The Evergreen State
College. She has a strong network with approximately ten thousand
current customers in her database. Debra was a board member of the
Northwest EcoBuilding Guild through 2007. In 2006/07 she enrolled in
the Sustainable Building Advisor Program and was working towards the
NaSBAP Certification
