Howard Hegwer's career covers over 25 years and features experience as a sales leader,
manager and trainer. He spent many years in the technology world helping to grow a number
of software ventures both domestically and internationally. For the last several years he
has focused on real estate sales in both the residential and commercial world, helping
clients evaluate and act on sound real estate decisions, whether as investments or for
personal residences.
As an associate broker Howard brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients,
helping them understand the intricacies of purchasing real estate, regardless of the
market conditions. He has helped both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
He joined GreenWorks to help give expression to his environmental commitment and to help
his clients buy and sell real estate in a manner that recognizes the impact each individual
transaction has on the environment.
Howard is also a well know sales trainer leading a number of seminars designed to help
sales professionals excel, regardless of the products or services they represent.
Born in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and raised in Spokane, Washington, Howard is a Northwest native who
has traveled extensively, but always found is way back to the great Northwest.
He has lived in the Seattle area for the last 30 years. Among his passions are his
grandchildren, running half marathons, trail running, hiking and he is an accomplished
glass artist.
