Louie has more than thirty years of experience in real estate during which time he has represented sellers and buyers in the listing and sale of single-family homes, multi-family units and vacant residential land. He has an extensive background with residential sales and property management, home construction, renovations, and sales and marketing of multi-family apartment buildings. Prior to co-founding GreenWorks Realty in 2002, Louie served as Office Manager for a local real estate company. Today, Louie owns and operates several real estate entities including GreenWorks Realty, GreenWorks Development Group, Kaufman Investments, Mola Kaufman Trust, and owns and operates three multi family apartment buildings in Seattle and Colorado. Louie has been licensed as a real estate broker in the State of Washington since 1990. Louie holds a B. A. in Business Administration, George Mason University. He has owned, managed and actively operated several personally owned single-family homes, duplexes and multi-family units for the past 30 years.
